Last updated: June 2026 — summary only; full policy coming soon.
What data we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, password), as well as information you add to your profile such as your CV, work history, and skills. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve the service.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate SupportiveBridge — matching candidates with roles across all industries and enabling recruiters to manage their hiring. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share limited data with recruiters when you apply for a job, and with service providers (cloud infrastructure, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements.
Healthcare sector data
SupportiveBridge operates in the healthcare staffing sector. Some profile information (such as professional registration numbers or clinical specialisms) may be considered sensitive personal data under UK GDPR. We process this data only to facilitate job matching and with your explicit consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@supportivebridge.com.
This is a summary of our privacy practices. A full privacy policy document will be published here soon.
