Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Donnington Medical Practice for a Salaried GP to join their established practice in Telford, Shropshire, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a General Practitioner to join a supportive and forward-thinking GP practice serving over 14,500 patients. Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced GP, you'll be part of a collaborative clinical team with opportunities for professional development and future partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality primary care consultations for patients.
Diagnose, assess and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
Conduct face-to-face, telephone and home visit consultations.
Develop personalised care plans and promote preventative healthcare.
Prescribe medications in line with clinical guidelines.
Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS Web.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Participate in practice meetings, audits and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

GMC Registration with inclusion on the GP Register.
Registered on the National Medical Performers List.
Accepted Medical Degree.
Evidence of ongoing professional development and revalidation.
Excellent communication and patient-centred care skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
