What Is Required From You?

Right to Work: A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is currently unavailable)
Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in social care
Qualifications: QCF Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care
Availability: 36 hours per week on day shifts, including the ability to work alternate weekends

What You Will Be Doing

Lead by Example: Providing high-quality care, companionship, and setting a positive standard for the team.
Personal Care & Support: Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities while encouraging maximum independence and wellbeing.
Meaningful Activities: Planning and taking part in engaging daily activities and outings.
Medication & Records: Overseeing medication administration and maintaining accurate record-keeping.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with residents' families and healthcare professionals.
Team Leadership: Guiding and supporting the care team, and stepping up to lead the home in the absence of senior management.
