Pay Rate: £14.31 per hour
Hours: Flexible / As and when needed (Bank / 0-hours contract)
Shifts: Days or Nights Available

About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide cover as and when needed (such as for annual leave or sick leave) to ensure continuity of top-quality care. Every day will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:

Assisting residents with daily living, personal care, and nutritional needs
Providing meaningful companionship, sharing great moments, and ensuring dedicated one-to-one time
Following personalized care plans to help residents enjoy comfortable and fulfilling days

About You

To join the team as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need:

Prior experience in caring for older people
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills
Natural empathy, warmth, and a genuine passion for supporting others
