Here, your goal is to help them get their childhood back and build clear pathways toward becoming well-rounded adults. No two days are ever the same, and the work truly matters. You will take care of our young people day-to-day, keeping things running smoothly while creating lasting, positive memories.

What a typical week looks like:

The Routine: Getting young people up and ready for school, helping with homework, completing vital log paperwork, and planning structured routines.
The Fun: Evenings and weekends are for bonding! Whether you are playing on the Xbox, starting a football match, hosting a movie day, or going go-karting, you are helping them discover their full potential.
The Goal: Tapping into each young person's individual personality and guiding them toward a brighter, stable future.

Who We Are Looking For (No Experience Required!)

You don't need a background in residential care to succeed here—attitude, heart, and resilience are what matter most. We are looking for people who bring:

A "Can-Do" Attitude: A natural team player who rolls up their sleeves to help others.
Core Values: Deep honesty, genuine empathy, and a passion for protecting vulnerable youth.
Resilience: The mental strength to handle challenging situations with a calm, supportive approach.
Licence: A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
Desire to Learn: If you don't hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, we will fully fund your studies and support you every step of the way!

The Launchpad: The Care Academy

To ensure you feel confident and fully equipped, your journey begins with a comprehensive, 4-week fully paid induction at our Care Academy. You’ll receive dedicated, off-the-job training led by experienced professionals before transitioning smoothly into the home.
