Supportive Bridge is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Bank Care Assistant to join the team at Sunnyview House in Leeds.

This is a flexible bank opportunity for caring and compassionate individuals who are passionate about supporting residents with high-quality, person-centred care. You'll help residents maintain their independence while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and companionship to residents.
Support residents with nutrition, hydration, and daily living activities.
Observe and report any changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
Maintain accurate care records in line with care plans.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.

Requirements

Caring, positive, and compassionate attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous care home experience or a Health & Social Care qualification is desirable.
