Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Five Rivers for a Fostering Support Worker to join their team covering the Leeds, UK area.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children, young people, and foster families while working within a dedicated fostering team. You will help coordinate activities, support foster placements, and promote the wellbeing of children across the region.

Responsibilities

Support children and young people throughout their fostering journey.
Coordinate participation events and group activities.
Assist with preparing children for foster care placements.
Maintain accurate records of visits and support sessions.
Promote the health and wellbeing of children and young people.
Work closely with foster carers and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Experience working with children and young people.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of safeguarding principles.
Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
Flexible approach, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Right to Work in the UK.
