About the Role

As a Bank Admin Assistant at Atfield House Care Home, you will carry out a wide range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. Working on a flexible, casual basis to cover staff absences, your varied duties will include:

Answering the phone, handling files, and providing essential support to our management team.
Meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients and their families around the home.
Helping create a vibrant, happy, and welcoming environment across everything you do.

About You

We are looking for an organized individual with great interpersonal skills. To join us, you will need:

The ability to multi-task efficiently.
Good computer skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
A natural "people person" attitude with a genuine interest in our residents and their families.
