The Role

We are currently recruiting an exceptional Store Manager on behalf of our market-leading supermarket client (Aldi) across the Manchester region.

In this vital leadership role, you will be the driving force behind the store's performance. You will inspire a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, manage costs, maintain strict compliance standards, and ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire your team to foster continuous growth and a positive, productive store culture.
Operational Excellence: Supervise and execute daily in-store tasks to meet rigorous operational standards, manage costs effectively, and uphold health & safety compliance.
KPI Management: Take full ownership of performance metrics, consistently driving results to meet challenging operational targets.
Customer Service: Lead by example to exceed customer expectations, resolving any queries or complaints with total professionalism.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven Leadership: Extensive experience leading and motivating teams within a fast-paced, lean retail or operational environment.
Commercial Acumen: Track record of optimizing operational efficiency through strategic time and cost management.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving business KPIs while upholding strict standards of compliance and due diligence.
Adaptable Mindset: An agile, visionary leader who thrives on embracing change and driving a results-focused culture.
