Shift Pattern: Greenside Farmers Boy Machine Operative Sausage Day, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 5 out of 7 days

About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Myton Food Group (part of Morrisons) to recruit a dedicated and efficient Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine for their Bradford site.

In this fast-paced, high-volume production environment, you will work within the production team to maintain and run production lines, ensuring quality food products are produced safely, efficiently, and hygienically. You will conduct system setups and calibrations to meet orders and maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) while reducing waste, downtime, and giveaway.

(Please note: Applicants must be over the school leaver’s age.)

Key Responsibilities:

Line Operation & Control: Run the production line, perform system setups, and calibrate machinery to meet order requirements and compliance standards.
Efficiency & Waste Reduction: Maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to minimize downtime, waste, and material giveaway.
Quality & Safety: Ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and hygienically to meet strict quality guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work dynamically within a fast-paced manufacturing team in an environment with varying temperatures.

Essential Requirements:

Experience: Ideally possesses previous experience working in a production environment with machinery.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Style: Enjoys a fast-paced, physically active role with the ability to maintain concentration on repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Environment: Comfortable working in a production setting with varying temperatures.
