Every day is different and rewarding, from assisting with daily living, food, and drink, to following personal care plans and providing dedicated one-to-one companionship and wonderful memories.

Key Responsibilities

Person-Centred Care: Assist residents with daily living, follow personalised care plans, and ensure each resident receives dedicated attention and support.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, build warm relationships, and share special moments and memories with residents.
Flexibility: Work varied shifts (Days or Nights) across flexible schedules to suit your lifestyle while helping maintain high standards of support.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Approach: A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and an empathetic nature.
