Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find a high-performing Customer Service Manager to help our business continue to grow and succeed in Denbigh.

Reporting into the Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

Leading and empowering colleagues to always put the customer first and deliver outstanding service
Listening and responding to customer feedback and reacting accordingly
Ensuring market-leading availability and thorough resource planning across the store
Working collaboratively with other store managers to lead a supportive, performance-driven department
Managing people routines, including scheduling, absence, performance, and talent conversations
Delivering effective training so team members have the confidence and capability to succeed across departments
Taking a broader leadership role within the store

About You
