Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week (Permanent, full-time contract)
Shifts: Days

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care, support, and companionship they deserve. Responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with daily living and nutritional needs
Following personalised care plans and sharing great moments and memories
Ensuring every resident receives dedicated one-to-one time and meaningful social interaction

About You

To join the team as a Care Assistant, you will need:

Some prior experience of caring for older people
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills
Natural empathy, warmth, and a deep compassion for supporting others
