Supportive Bridge is recruiting on behalf of Five Rivers Child Care Ltd for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join Field Gate School in Doncaster, UK.

This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to support children and young people in a specialist, trauma-informed educational setting. You will work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences, both in the classroom and within the community, helping students build confidence and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering engaging learning activities.
Assist children and young people in both school and community settings.
Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Support students with individual learning and development needs.
Work collaboratively with teachers and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to student progress.

Requirements

Strong communication and organisational skills.
Good IT skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with children and professionals.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Right to work in the UK.
