Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and experienced Divisional Clinical Lead Nurse on behalf of a leading healthcare provider to oversee clinical excellence across hospitals and complex care facilities, with a base in Milton Keynes, UK. In this pivotal senior leadership role, you will inspire clinical teams across multiple sites, implement robust action plans to elevate care standards, and drive operational success. Working alongside executive leadership, you will play a crucial role in delivering person-centered care for individuals with complex physical and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and supervision across 6 hospitals and 8 care homes, collaborating with Regional Directors and Home Managers to continually elevate care standards.
Lead clinical quality initiatives, implementing targeted action plans and regulatory solutions across settings supporting patients detained under the Mental Health Act.
Mentor and develop national nursing and care staff, driving best practices in dynamic and challenging healthcare environments.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid, active NMC registration and evidence of ongoing professional development.
Extensive clinical leadership experience across both care home and hospital environments, with strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and regulatory frameworks.
Proven strategic mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills, clinical mentoring capability, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
