Offering true flexibility, this casual position allows you to work varied hours while overseeing the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. Alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants and support the clinical team in specialised areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews—all while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

About You

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific knowledge and understanding of clinical care for the elderly.
