As the Associate Director of Quality - North and Central, you will provide strategic leadership across the division, ensuring robust quality assurance frameworks and effective clinical governance are embedded throughout the organisation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, lead quality initiatives, and use performance data to drive sustainable improvements in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of quality assurance, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance across the North and Central division.
Coach, mentor, and develop quality teams while working closely with operational leaders to improve resident care and organisational performance.
Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, implement improvement strategies, and support best practice across multiple care homes.

Requirements

Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical expertise with at least five years' experience in a senior Quality and Care leadership role.
Strong knowledge of healthcare quality assurance, governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence change across a large organisation.
