Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: Flexible / As and when needed (Bank / Casual contract)
Shifts: Days

About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide cover as and when needed (such as for annual leave or sick leave) to ensure continuity of exceptional care. Every day will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:

Assisting residents with daily living, personal care, and nutritional needs
Providing meaningful companionship, sharing great moments, and ensuring dedicated one-to-one time
Following personalised care plans to help residents enjoy comfortable, fulfilling, and active days

About You

To join the team as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need:

Prior experience in caring for older people
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills
Natural empathy, warmth, and a genuine passion for supporting others
