Contract Type: Full Time (42 hours per week, including alternate weekends with day and night shifts available)

What You Will Do

Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
Support residents with personal care while promoting dignity and independence
Administer medication safely and accurately
Contribute to and review resident care plans
Lead activities, outings, and meaningful daily engagement
Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards Level 3)
A caring, confident team player with strong leadership qualities and flexibility for day or night shifts
