The Role

We are currently recruiting a dynamic, results-oriented Store Manager on behalf of our market-leading supermarket client (Aldi) across the Hampshire area.

In this role, your leadership will be the driving force behind the store's success. You will create a positive, high-performing environment, oversee daily operational excellence, control costs, and ensure top-quality standards while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, inspire, and guide your team to continuous growth, creating a positive and productive store culture.
Operational Excellence: Supervise and execute in-store tasks to meet high operational standards, manage costs, and maintain health & safety compliance.
KPI Management: Take ownership of store performance, consistently driving KPIs and meeting challenging operational targets.
Customer Service: Lead by example to deliver service that exceeds expectations, resolving customer queries professionally to maintain store reputation.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven Leadership: Extensive experience leading and inspiring high-performing teams in a fast-paced, lean operational environment.
Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated track record of optimizing operational efficiency through effective time and cost management.
Target-Driven: Success in achieving business KPIs while maintaining strict standards of compliance and due diligence.
