Job Details

Role: Store Manager (Store Operations)
Locations: South West London (Chertsey, Feltham, Hounslow, Kingston-Upon-Thames, New Malden, Staines, Thames Ditton, Walton-On-Thames, Wimbledon)
Salary: Up to £69,000 per annum (pro rata)
London Allowance: +£2,960 additional London allowance
Contract Type: Permanent (Flexible contracts of 40 or 45 hours per week)

Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, lead, and mentor your team, inspiring a positive work environment and fostering professional growth.
Operational Excellence: Drive KPI performance, oversee day-to-day task execution, optimize operational efficiency, and control costs.
Customer Satisfaction: Lead your team to deliver exceptional service, handling complex customer inquiries professionally.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain top-quality standards, health & safety compliance, and due diligence across the store.
