Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Myton Food Group to recruit a skilled Key Production Operative - Technical for their Farmers Boy manufacturing site in Winsford.

In this fast-paced, high-volume production environment, you will work as part of the production team and alongside site support functions to optimize machine performance. Your role is vital in ensuring strict health, safety, food safety, and hygiene standards are maintained while conducting crucial machine setups, calibrations, and continuous data reviews to drive proactive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively within the production team and site support functions to optimize machine performance.
Conduct crucial machine setups, calibrations, and ongoing monitoring to achieve optimum operational efficiency.
Build deep product knowledge to drive key decisions in line setup and automation processes.
Continuously review data, performance metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to foster a proactive approach to continual improvement.
Ensure health and safety, food safety, and hygiene standards are rigorously maintained at all times.

About You

We are looking for hands-on, analytical individuals with a passion for efficiency and engineering. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Previous experience working in a production environment with machinery.
A keen understanding of and passion for business improvement and mechanical/electrical maintenance.
Strong root-cause analysis skills and a solid grasp of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Effective problem-solving abilities to recognize trends and implement long-term fixes or suggestions for product quality and efficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
