About the Role

Are you passionate about people, leadership, and community? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our client to recruit a dedicated Customer Team Leader for a fast-paced food store in Golspie.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day running of the store, leading a small team, keeping shelves stocked, and delivering exceptional service to the local community. Whether you're supporting post office services, the bakery, or home delivery drivers, you will set the pace on the shop floor and help pave your own path toward store management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Shift: Take ownership of daily store operations, leading, motivating, and coaching your team on your shift.
Hands-On Support: Work actively on the shop floor and tills, maintaining stock accuracy, merchandising standards, and driving efficiency.
Community & Membership: Champion customer engagement, local charities, and store membership growth.
Operational Support: Assist with team support, HR processes, and fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment.

What We Are Looking For

Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or older to authorise age-related sales.
Core Traits: A passion for people, strong leadership potential, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Flexibility: Available to work a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts across the week (including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift, covering Friday after 6 PM, Saturday, or Sunday).
Experience: Retail, merchandising, or team management experience is welcome, though full training will be provided—no CV needed to apply!
