About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons to recruit friendly, reliable Customer Assistants to join the Replenishment team in Redruth.

In this role, you will work hands-on on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products. Operating in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines, you will ensure customers can easily find what they need when they need it. You will also receive cross-training to support other areas of the store, such as Market Street or Customer Service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Stock Replenishment: Keep shop floor shelves fully stocked, clean, and neatly presented with fresh and ambient ranges.
Customer Support: Deliver a friendly, helpful approach, assisting customers with queries while working efficiently in a structured, timed environment.
Store Flexibility: Cross-train and support other departments across the store—including Market Street and Customer Service—wherever assistance is required.
