Hours: Bank / As and when required (Flexible casual role covering annual leave or sick leave)

About the Role

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant representing Barchester Healthcare through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to deliver exceptional, person-centered care. You will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, while supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Your role is vital in maintaining an environment that is warm, welcoming, vibrant, and respectful of residents' dignity and preferences.

About You

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
Knowledge & Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Attributes: Strong motivational skills, leadership potential, compassion, and a dedication to high-quality care. (Many Senior Care Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.)
