About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit versatile and caring professionals for Chater Lodge Care Home.

In this flexible Bank General Assistant role, no two days will be the same. You will carry out a wide range of essential tasks across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering, playing a vital part in creating a warm, clean, and homely environment for our residents.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be wonderfully varied, including:

Supporting diverse tasks across housekeeping, laundry, and catering departments
Putting residents first and building positive, meaningful professional relationships
Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the home

As this is a Bank position providing cover for annual leave and sick leave, your working hours and days will vary.
