Working alongside and deputizing for the Home Manager, you will serve as the home's lead clinical expert. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality pastoral and clinical care, manage residents with complex care needs, lead auditing procedures, and maintain rigorous clinical governance standards across all care home operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support and deputize for the Home Manager, providing clinical leadership and supervising nursing and care personnel.
Lead clinical assessments, care plan development, walk-through rounds, and continuous auditing of clinical practices and procedures.
Oversee care for residents with complex needs in strict compliance with current clinical guidelines and regulatory governance.

Requirements

Valid NMC Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with active registration.
Proven expertise in care planning, clinical assessment tools, and auditing within a care home or healthcare setting.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, strong decision-making abilities, and a commitment to driving continuous clinical improvement.
