As a Bank Care Assistant at Tennyson Wharf Care Home, you will provide vital cover—such as for annual leave or sick leave—ensuring our residents receive the quality care and support they deserve. Every day is different and rewarding, from assisting with daily living, food, and drink, to following personal care plans and providing dedicated one-to-one companionship and wonderful memories.

Key Responsibilities

Person-Centred Care: Assist residents with daily living, follow personalised care plans, and ensure each resident receives dedicated attention and support.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, build warm relationships, and share special moments and memories with residents.
Flexibility: Work varied shifts (Days or Nights) across flexible schedules to suit your lifestyle while helping maintain high standards of support.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Approach: A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and an empathetic nature.
