About the Role

As a Bank Activities Assistant at Chestnut Gardens, you will play a central role in creating a vibrant, stimulating environment that celebrates life and delivers exceptional care. Working on a flexible, casual basis to cover annual leave or sick leave, your responsibilities will include:

Getting to know our residents and their families to understand individual interests and abilities.
Devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activity programs.
Maximising residents' wellbeing, independence, and social engagement through tailored events.
Inspiring both residents and staff with your infectious enthusiasm, whether inside the home or out in the local community.
