Working as a Bank General Assistant through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will carry out a diverse range of hands-on tasks across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering. Because this is such a wide-reaching role, you will play a direct part in creating a warm, homely, and immaculate environment, building positive professional relationships that make every resident's experience happy and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

Undertake diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering duties.
Help maintain a clean, safe, warm, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents through a friendly and empathetic approach.
Provide flexible, reliable bank cover across day or night shifts as required.
