About the Role

This is a casual, part-time role offering ultimate scheduling flexibility. As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, provide meaningful companionship, and share great moments and memories too.

About You

To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need:

Some previous experience of caring for older people.
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills.
Empathy, a warm-hearted disposition, and genuine compassion for delivering the highest standard of support.
