As a Bank Activities Assistant at Adlington Manor Care Home, you will provide vital cover for planned or unplanned absences, helping to create a stimulating environment centred around celebrating life. You will spend time getting to know our residents and their families, devising imaginative programmes tailored to suit every interest and ability while maximizing wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Activities & Events: Plan, organise, and lead fun, imaginative, and motivational activities tailored to residents' individual interests and abilities.
Resident Engagement: Build warm relationships with residents and their families to understand their preferences and encourage participation both within the home and the local community.
Flexibility: Work casual bank daytime hours on an as-needed basis to provide essential cover for annual leave, sickness, and events.
