About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced retail leader to take charge as Store Manager at our partner Co-op store in Long Buckby. Take the lead with full responsibility for making a difference in your community. You will own your store’s performance, driving both commercial and community strategies while building a strong, inclusive team that delivers a fantastic shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop your team, creating an inclusive, high-performing culture where colleagues feel valued and confident to speak up.
Store Performance: Take ownership of store performance, using commercial insights to drive sales, improve results, and ensure smooth, safe, and legal daily operations.
People Management: Handle recruitment, development, and support for your team, taking ownership of HR processes and management decisions.
Community Impact: Grow Co-op membership and support local causes, bringing the Co-op purpose to life locally.
