Pay Rate: £32,000 – £65,000 per year (dependent on experience / Work Level 5 & 6A)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) or Part-Time options available

About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Co-op Legal Services to recruit dedicated and talented Probate Solicitors and Fee Earners to join our specialist probate team.

In this exciting hybrid role, you will manage a varied caseload of probate cases from start to finish, utilizing cutting-edge legal technology and AI-enabled processes. We provide the client base so you can focus entirely on delivering exceptional, client-focused legal service during life’s most difficult moments.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management: Manage an end-to-end caseload of probate cases of varying complexity using our innovative case management systems and AI tools.
Client Engagement: Build positive, supportive relationships with clients primarily via telephone and email.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Work collaboratively with expert administrative and legal support teams to continually develop your expertise and mentor junior team members.
Data Accuracy: Ensure all information is accurately recorded and maintained within our digital systems.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: Qualified as a solicitor or legal executive in private practice (CILEX or STEP qualification), or possessing equivalent hands-on experience in probate law.
Attributes: The ability to use initiative, effectively prioritize and organize work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a client-focused approach in a remote/hybrid setting.
No Client Following Required: You do not need to bring a book of clients with you—we source the work for you!
