Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Five Rivers for a People Services Onboarding Administrator to join their team in Salisbury, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator to support recruitment and onboarding processes within a purpose-driven organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring new employees experience a smooth, compliant, and welcoming onboarding journey while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting safer recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters.
Manage recruitment files and onboarding records.
Request and verify employment references.
Complete right to work, qualification, and compliance checks.
Initiate and monitor DBS applications.
Support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate HR systems and onboarding trackers.
Work closely with HR, Recruitment, and Learning & Development teams.

Requirements

Previous administration experience.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
GCSE-level education or equivalent.
Experience in HR or recruitment is desirable but not essential.
