Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit an ambitious, commercially sharp Store Manager for the Ipswich area, based in Hadleigh.

As Store Manager, you are the ultimate custodian of your store. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take full P&L and operational ownership of the entire branch—setting strategic direction, driving commercial growth, and championing Morrisons' iconic Market Street fresh food heritage while leading an energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Commercial Success: Own full P&L performance, maximize sales, optimize labor productivity, and drive profitability.
Championing Market Street: Make our fresh food heritage shine through high-energy retail theatre, expert craftsmanship, and exceptional product availability.
Leading & Developing People: Build a high-performing management team, nurture talent, and cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture across day and night shifts.
Delivering Operational Excellence: Maintain flawless store standards, strict food safety compliance, and robust stock integrity.
Connecting with the Community: Act as the face of Morrisons locally, engage with customers, and adapt trade strategies to meet local market needs.
