Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: Flexible / As and when needed (Bank / Casual contract)
Shifts: Nights

About the Role

As a Bank Night Care Assistant, you will provide cover as and when needed (such as for annual leave or sick leave) to ensure continuity of top-quality care. Your responsibilities through the night will include:

Assisting residents with night-time routines, personal care, and comforting reassurance
Following personalised care plans and helping residents feel safe, secure, and settled
Providing quiet companionship and attending to individual needs to promote peaceful, restful nights

About You

To join the team as a Bank Night Care Assistant, you will need:

Prior experience in caring for older people
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills
Natural empathy, warmth, and a genuine passion for supporting others through the night
