Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for an organized and proactive Physiotherapy Administrator to join their clinical support team at Woking Hospital in Woking, UK.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across three clinical sites, managing patient bookings, billing, and inventory to ensure the smooth running of the Physiotherapy Department and enable clinical staff to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Role Description

As a Physiotherapy Administrator, you will handle appointment scheduling, telephone inquiries, and electronic patient records. Working 22.5 hours per week across Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays (08:00–16:00), you will also manage stock levels, oversee equipment ordering, and participate in departmental planning and safety meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Manage appointment scheduling, patient bookings, telephone queries, and billing using electronic system platforms.
Maintain stock levels, order physiotherapy supplies, and ensure the regular management and cleaning of clinical equipment.
Support smooth operational workflows across three clinical sites and participate actively in team planning and safety meetings.

Requirements

Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or healthcare support role.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with clinical or healthcare settings is desirable, along with proficiency in electronic booking/database systems.
