Working as a permanent Admin Assistant through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting the care home management team. From answering phone calls and managing files to meeting and greeting visitors and showing prospective clients and their families around, you will ensure the home runs smoothly while building meaningful connections with residents.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the home managers.
Handle incoming calls with a confident, professional telephone manner and manage filing systems.
Meet and greet visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming first impression of the home.
Conduct tours for prospective clients and their families, showcasing what makes the care centre special.
Engage actively with residents to help foster a vibrant, happy, and supportive environment during day shifts.

Candidate Requirements (What You'll Need)
