About the Role & Location

Where You’ll Be Working: The Coombs Care Home in Coleford, Gloucestershire (a CQC-rated "Good" care home).
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, including working alternate weekends (enjoy your evenings free!).
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare nutritious, appealing meals tailored to individual resident needs and preferences.
- Create enjoyable dining experiences and coordinate fun, themed food events.
- Plan daily menus and effectively manage day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, kitchen hygiene, and presentation.
- Make a positive impact through exceptional food service and person-centred care.

What We Need From You

A minimum of 12 months on your legal right to work in the UK.
Proven experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably within a care home or similar setting.
Knowledge of IDDSI frameworks or complex dietary requirements (desirable).
A passion for cooking great food and bringing joy to others.
