About the Role

This is a casual, part-time role offering ultimate scheduling flexibility. As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll help residents rest peacefully through the night and enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and compassion they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living and nightly routines, provide comforting support and companionship, and share great moments and memories too.

Every shift will be different and rewarding. Whether you are supporting residents with food and drink, following personalized care plans, or providing a reassuring presence, this is an opportunity to put your compassion and skills to truly meaningful use.

About You

To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need:

Some previous experience of caring for older people.
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills.
Empathy, a warm-hearted disposition, and genuine compassion for delivering the highest standard of support.
Full training and development will be provided to ensure you thrive in your role.
