Working as a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents to help deliver the exceptional care they deserve. You will create a safe, supportive environment for individuals with diverse physical and mental health needs, utilizing your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, develop tailored care plans, and administer medicine safely.

Candidate Requirements (What You'll Need)

Valid, active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
Proven experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
