Pay: £16.00 per hour

Hours: 40.00 hours per week

About the Role

As a Head of Housekeeping representing Barchester Healthcare through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will help create the warm, homely, and pristine surroundings that are essential for delivering top-tier care. Leading a dedicated team of housekeeping staff, you will take a hands-on approach—actively participating in day-to-day cleaning and leading by example. You will ensure every room and living space is maintained to the highest standard while motivating and inspiring your team to perform at their best.

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented, supportive leader with a passion for excellence.

Experience: Previous housekeeping experience within a care home, hospital, or hotel environment is highly advantageous.
Abilities: A proven ability to lead, inspire, and work side-by-side with a team.
Attributes: Excellent attention to detail, a caring nature, and strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, relatives, and staff.
