Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) on behalf of our client, Barchester, for opportunities nationwide across the UK. In this crucial role, you will deliver exceptional clinical care, lead personalized care planning, and support residents and patients with complex physical, psychological, and social needs in both care home and hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans and risk assessments in line with regulatory standards.
Safely administer medication in accordance with NMC and Royal Pharmaceutical Society guidelines.
Make critical clinical decisions to manage complex healthcare needs while upholding resident dignity, respect, and independence.

Requirements

Active and unencumbered NMC Registration (RGN or RMN qualification).
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., DoLS/MCA).
Compassionate, person-centred approach with excellent decision-making and communication skills.
