Night Senior Carer – Care Home

Location: Denmead Grange Care Home, Parklands Business Park, Denmead, PO7 6XP

Pay Rate: £15.49 per hour

Hours: 36.00 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Night Shifts

About the Role

As a Night Senior Carer, you’ll look after the varying needs of our residents through the night to enable us to deliver exceptional, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the management team.

You will also support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Always respecting resident dignity and preferences, you will play a vital part in maintaining a calm, safe, and vibrant care environment throughout the night hours.

About You

To join us as a Night Senior Carer, you will need:

An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Proven team leadership skills and a warm-hearted, compassionate disposition.
With ongoing training and development, many of our Senior Carers progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles!
