Senior Trial Administrator – Haematology Trials Unit

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for a Senior Trial Administrator – Haematology Trials Unit to join the Churchill Hospital in Oxford, Oxfordshire, UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical research administrator to support and coordinate a portfolio of haematology clinical trials. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high-quality trial documentation, supporting trial governance, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate administrative activities across haematology clinical trials.
Maintain trial documentation, regulatory files and study records.
Support trial setup, amendments, monitoring visits and study closeout.
Coordinate Trial Steering Committee meetings and maintain accurate records.
Monitor trial timelines, recruitment and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements and Trust policies.
Support quality management processes, audits and CAPA tracking.
Line manage Trial Administrators and support staff development.

Requirements

Degree in Biological Sciences or a related discipline.
Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training.
Experience administering clinical trials within an NHS or research environment.
Knowledge of UK clinical research regulations and governance.
Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
Ability to manage multiple studies and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
