Team: Care Staff
Location: Bampton, Oxfordshire
Contract Type: Regular / Full-Time
Salary Package: £36,274 - £42,640 (Assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month)

Base Salary: £29,034 - £35,400 per year.
Premium Allowances: £2,000 Regional Allowance + £1,400 Attendance Allowance (assuming good attendance).
Sleep-In Bonuses: Paid at £80 per sleep-in (up to 4 per month, adding approx. £3,840/year).
Milestone Bonuses: £1,000 Welcome Bonus (upon successful completion of probation) + £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months of employment).
Referral Incentives: A £1,000 bonus every time you successfully recommend a friend to join the team.

A Day in the Life

You will care for young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, ensuring their day runs smoothly while injecting fun and stability into their lives.

The Routine: Helping them get ready for school, assisting with homework, completing administrative logs, and scheduling activities.
The Fun: Evenings and weekends are for activities like playing Xbox, football matches, movie marathons, or going go-karting.
The Goal: Tapping into each young person's potential and guiding them toward an authentic, positive future.

Who We Are Looking For

No prior experience in care is required—we hire for personality, values, and heart. We only look for a few essential requirements:

A resilient, "can-do" attitude and a genuine love for helping others.
High levels of honesty, empathy, and patience.
A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
