The Role: Inspire Your Team, Empower the Children

As the Registered Manager, you will take complete ownership of your home, setting the culture, maintaining high therapeutic standards, and driving positive outcomes. Supported by a comprehensive on-call network, you will manage an experienced staff team consisting of a Deputy Manager, Senior Support Workers, and Residential Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide robust, inspirational leadership to the entire residential care team.
Manage the home's operational budget, occupancy, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure that children receive outstanding care, high-quality substitute parenting, and clear, positive role models.
Maintain an inspection-ready environment to secure "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children, with at least 2 years in a direct staff supervision and management role.
Qualifications: Must hold both the NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce and the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
Track Record: A proven history of achieving a “Good” or “Outstanding” grade within recent Ofsted inspections.
