About the Role

Supportive Bridge is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Medical Secretary/CPA Coordinator (Part-time) to join Braeburn House in Salford, Manchester, UK.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a busy clinical team within a specialist mental health rehabilitation service. Working 18.75 hours per week, you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, coordinate Care Programme Approach (CPA) meetings, maintain clinical records, and ensure the smooth running of essential healthcare administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the clinical team.
Manage clinicians' diaries, meetings and appointments.
Coordinate CPA meetings and distribute agendas and meeting minutes.
Prepare, proofread and process clinical correspondence and documentation.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
Liaise with GPs and external agencies regarding service user information.
Record and maintain blood test results and other clinical information.
Take accurate minutes during clinical meetings.
Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
Support the wider administration team with day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Previous administration experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent.
Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
Awareness of mental health services and willingness to learn medical terminology.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
