About the Role

At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we bridge the gap between hard-working individuals and fantastic workplace opportunities. On behalf of our leading retail client, we are looking for detail-oriented and active Twilight Selectors to join a fun, close-knit logistics team in Darlington.

Our warehouse teams are the backbone of store success—without them, store shelves stay empty! Working in either the Ambient or Chiller department, you’ll be responsible for accurately selecting ("picking") products for specific stores and loading them onto pallets, ensuring everything is packed and paperwork is verified for driver collection.

Key Responsibilities

Voice Picking: Receive clear picking instructions via headset to select the correct items accurately and efficiently.
Palletizing: Safely and securely load picked stock onto the correct store pallets ready for dispatch.
Attention to Detail: Verify store numbers, check product quantities, and ensure all relevant dispatch paperwork is precise.
Teamwork & Quality: Work closely with your team to maintain high warehouse standards and meet daily delivery targets.

Shift Pattern & Working Environment

Twilight Shift: Shifts start in the late afternoon/evening and run through to the early hours of the morning.
Environment: Roles are available in both Ambient (room temperature) and Chiller (refrigerated) departments depending on operational needs.

Skills & Experience

Sharp & Focused: Excellent attention to detail and strong concentration skills while using headset instructions.
Active & Physical: Comfortable spending shifts on your feet, moving around a busy warehouse, and handling physical tasks.
Reliable & Adaptable: A dependable worker with a positive, can-do attitude tailored to late afternoon/night shift patterns.
No Experience Required: Previous warehouse or voice-picking experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided!
